Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns on custom, personalized, or clearance items.
• How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at craftyangelsart@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving the items in new and unused condition.
• How to Exchange: If you’d like to exchange an item, simply reach out to us (craftyangelsart@gmail.com) with your order number and the item you want to exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

• Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective item or incorrect order).
• Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, we will not cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a return and replacement at no extra cost to you.

• Opened or used items (such as paints or adhesives)
